FIM documentation note (rechecked September 3, 2026): DeepSeek’s Models & Pricing matrix lists FIM Completion for deepseek-v4-flash and deepseek-v4-pro in non-thinking mode and marks deepseek-v4-flash-vision-exp as unsupported. The older model names deepseek-chat and deepseek-reasoner were legacy compatibility aliases.
